God is in our midst each day. He is in the sunshine, the warmth or coolness of the day. He is present in all we do. He walks with us, but sometimes he carries us, even if we do not realize it. God gives us each day, every breath and feeling.

In our low times, we can talk to God and He will give us a peace to carry on. There may be times when things get rough, but by faith in Jesus Christ, we can and will rise above. I do now know how anyone could say there is no God, when you see the beauty of His creation. I say, “Good morning God! Thank you Jesus!” each morning before I get out of bed, because He brought me through another night.

My life is much the better because of God. He healed me 39 years ago when doctors said I would be fed by tubes for life after an accident. By faith in God I carried forth when I lose my sight 7 years ago. By faith He healed my heart when after 24 years of marriage I was alone. God gave me a heart of forgiveness and His ever-present strength.

Life will always change, sometimes to the good, sometimes not. It is by faith in Jesus Christ and trust in God that we must move forward. We need to love our brothers and sisters no matter the color of their skin. We are all made in the image of God our Father.
